In consideration to others please do not smoke in the house.
Quiet hours are from 9:00pm to 8:00am during which time the noise from the house shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
During non-quiet hours, sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries is prohibited.
Vehicles shall be parked in designated onsite parking.
No parties or group gatherings other than registered guests shall occur.
The shoreline area is the property of the people of Hawaii and is open for free use by everyone.
